We want you to feel completely confident when choosing Organic Spa. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

 

Change of mind returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

For a change of mind return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in a condition suitable for resale

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Organic Spa does not cover shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.

  • All items purchased on sale due to a short expiry date are not eligible for refund or return.

 

Incorrect, faulty or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.

In these cases, we will:

  • Cover the reasonable cost of return shipping, or

  • Offer a replacement or refund, depending on what is most appropriate and in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

How to return an item

1. Get in touch

Contact our customer care team with your order details and reason for return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide the next steps.

2. Pack your return

Safely package the product(s), including your name, order number and contact details inside the parcel.

3. Send your parcel

Use the return address provided by our team. As mentioned above, for change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refund timeframes

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately 2–4 weeks from the date you lodge your return with the carrier. This timeframe allows for:

  • Transit time for your parcel to reach our warehouse (around 5–10 business days)

  • Processing time for our team to inspect and approve your return (around 3–5 business days)

  • Bank processing time to complete the refund back to your account or card (around 5–10 business days)

In many cases, we're able to complete refunds quickly, but these timeframes are a helpful guide.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please get in touch with your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us so we can assist.

 

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

  • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Retention

Automatic Decision-Making

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. This includes:

  • Temporary blacklisting of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklisting of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that's downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection).
